LynkUp Child Safety & CSAE Policy

AtLynkUp, the safety of our community is our absolute priority. We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any user who attempts to share, solicit, or promote such content will be permanently banned immediately and reported to law enforcement.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit the creation, uploading, sharing, or facilitation of:

• Any visual media depicting the sexual abuse or      exploitation of children.
• Grooming behaviors, solicitation, or any attempt to      contact minors for sexual purposes.
• Any language, hashtags, or coordinates intended to      facilitate or promote the exploitation of minors.

2. Proactive and Reactive Moderation

To ensure our location-based feeds remain safe, we employ a multi-layered moderation strategy:

• Immediate Takedowns: Any content flagged or      detected as potentially violating our child safety policy is immediately      quarantined and reviewed by our moderation team. Verified violations are      permanently deleted.
• Account Termination: Users found violating      this policy will have their accounts permanently terminated, their IP      addresses blocked, and device identifiers blacklisted.

3. How to Report Violations (In-App & Web)

We provide simple, accessible tools for our community to report safety concerns:

• In-App Reporting: Tap the "Report"     button directly on any post, comment, or user profile, and select      "Child Safety" or "Inappropriate Content" to send it      directly to our urgent review queue.
• Email Reporting: You can report urgent safety      concerns or suspected child exploitation directly to our dedicated safety      team at safety@lynkup.tech.

4. Law Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting

We comply fully with all legal obligations regarding child safety.

• In accordance with federal lawLynkUp will immediately      report any detected or reported instances of CSAM/CSAE to the National      Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as well as      relevant local and international law enforcement agencies.
• We preserve all relevant account data, metadata, and      IP logs to assist authorities in their investigations.
